Kelvin A. Johnson, President, has several years of Procurement and Acquisition Management experience in both the federal and commercial arena. His background ranges from Contingency Contracting in third-world countries, to Senior Consultant for complex, multi-million dollar projects. Before co-founding KALIX, Kelvin served honorably in the United States Air Force. Through hard work, excellent training, and professionalism, Kelvin has navigated his Contracting career into becoming a successful business owner.  In addition to being a Certified Level III Acquisition Professional, Kelvin holds several degrees in Business Administration, Contracts Management and Information Management.
